23jl Terms & Conditions – Rules That Govern Your Account

1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 23jl, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay.
• You are registering as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not registering on behalf of another person or a third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from 23jl or had an account suspended or closed for violations of these terms.

Each person is permitted to hold only one active account on 23jl. Creating multiple accounts – whether using the same or different personal information – constitutes a material breach of these terms. 23jl reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses associated with them.

KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification is mandatory for all accounts before deposit and withdrawal functions are activated. Accepted documents include valid Philippine government-issued identification such as a passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, PhilHealth card, or other equivalent documents. 23jl may request additional documents at any time if further verification is required.

2 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All financial transactions on 23jl are conducted in Philippine Peso. There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals. The amount you deposit is the amount that appears in your account balance.

Deposits are processed through local Philippine banking channels including online banking, bank transfers, and bank-linked e-wallet services. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits or withdrawals on 23jl.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the verified Philippine bank account that has been linked to your KYC-confirmed 23jl profile. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified accounts, or accounts in different names are not permitted and will be declined.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within your account dashboard and may be updated periodically.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review before processing. Processing times vary and are communicated within your account.
• 23jl reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns.
• Any deposits made through methods not accepted by 23jl will be returned where possible, less any third-party processing fees incurred.

3 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

23jl offers various promotional campaigns to registered members including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to individual campaign terms that are published at the time each offer is made available.

Before accepting any bonus, you are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of that promotion. Key terms to review for each offer include:

4 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

23jl is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all registered members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and possible permanent exclusion:

• Use of automated betting tools, bots, macros, or scripts to interact with any part of the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other competitive formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate credits or winnings in a manner not intended by the game mechanics.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the 23jl platform, its software, or its data infrastructure.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

23jl uses automated monitoring systems to detect unusual account activity. Where suspicious activity is flagged, accounts may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is conducted. Members may be asked to provide additional information to clear a suspension.

5 Account Security and Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your 23jl login credentials – your username, password, and OTP codes – confidential. You must not share these with any other person. All activity that occurs under your account while your credentials are in use is considered authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated it.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 23jl support immediately. 23jl will investigate the report and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking the account pending verification.

23jl provides OTP two-factor authentication and SSL encryption as part of its security infrastructure. These features protect your account in transit and at the platform level, but do not substitute for your personal responsibility to protect your own credentials on your own devices.

8 Changes to These Terms

9 Governing Terms and Contact
